Booking & Cancellation Policy

This Booking & Cancellation Policy sets out how Mantled Lines Adventure Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles bookings for our Adventure Picnic experiences.
1. Making a booking

Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

We may ask for additional information (e.g. dietary needs, accessibility requirements, starting location) to plan your experience.

You are responsible for ensuring all details provided are accurate.
2. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of booking or by the due date specified in your confirmation.

If payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel your booking.
3. Changes and rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.

7 or more days before your experience: we’ll do our best to move your booking to another available date at no charge.

Less than 7 days before your experience: rescheduling may incur a fee or may not be possible, depending on arrangements already made (e.g. catering, suppliers).

4. Cancellations and refunds

More than 14 days before your experience: you may cancel for a refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

7–14 days before your experience: partial refunds may be available at our discretion, taking into account confirmed costs and preparations.

Less than 7 days before your experience or no-shows:** generally no refund is available, as arrangements will already be in place.
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, your rights to a refund or replacement are preserved.

Our experiences are designed to go ahead in light or changeable weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for outdoor conditions.
